After many months of development, we are excited to announce the launch of OnDoc’s new support portal and website! Our leadership team is thrilled to share it with you and all of our OnDoc members. This brand-new tool is available from OnDoc’s website: https://on-doc.com. Simply click the “Support” tab on the upper right which will give you the option of accessing a knowledge base that covers general questions, OnDoc services, compensation, and more. There you will also find a form to submit a support ticket which will be answered by our support team within 24-48 hours. You can also utilize OnDoc’s chat feature to chat directly with someone from OnDoc’s support team.
